UK Delivery Options
Orders for delivery to mainland UK addresses will be sent via DPD on a Next Day* service as standard. Orders must contain in stock items and be placed before 4.30pm Monday – Thursday and 3.30pm on Fridays to qualify for Next Day* Delivery. Timed delivery options are available for an additional cost.
Same Day services are available at an additional cost. Please email sales@reeley.co.uk for a quote.

Free Next Day delivery is available on deliveries to mainland UK addresses with a value of £100 (exclusive of VAT and delivery).
* Next Day Delivery is subject to stock and courier arrangements. Some remote addresses will be subject to an extended delivery time and an additional charge.

Order Collection
Orders can be collected from our Solihull Trade Counter at zero cost. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you when collecting.
You are also able to send your own courier to collect your order. If you wish to do so, please ensure that this is made clear on your order and provide the first line of the delivery address. This will ensure a smooth handover between our warehouse and your courier.

Same Day
Same Day delivery is available to Mainland UK addresses on request. Please be advised that this service is primarily available on orders placed before 12pm to ensure sufficient time for pick up and delivery. Please contact sales@reeley.co.uk for a Same Day quote.
International Delivery Options
Orders for Overseas delivery addresses (including ROI) will be sent via FedEx or DHL. Our standard charge for International Delivery is £50, but this is subject to change based on parcel weight/destination country. Please contact us for a tailored quotation.
Reeley Ltd are not liable for any customs charges payable. If charges are not paid by the recipient, goods will be returned to Reeley Ltd by the courier and you will be contacted. In the event of goods returned to Reeley Ltd, an additional delivery charge will be applicable.
Cancelling an order
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order with us. This can be done prior to despatch by emailing sales@reeley.co.uk
If you do need to cancel an order, please let us know your order number, the item(s) which you would like to cancel and the reason for your cancellation.
Whilst every effort will be made to cancel your order and prevent despatch, please be advised that this may not always be possible as we have multiple collections from our couriers throughout the day.
What to expect on Delivery Day
All deliveries are scheduled in advance. Please ensure that you or an adult representative (18 years or older) is present at the provided address to accept the delivery. Delivery will be attempted a maximum of 3 times before the parcel is returned to Reeley Ltd.
Orders sent via DPD will include an email sent to the address given at the time the order is placed. This email will confirm the delivery date and a 1 hour delivery timeslot. DPD deliveries can be managed through the DPD app and website. Where a mobile number has also been provided, a text will be sent to confirm your delivery window on the delivery day.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is present to accept the delivery on your behalf. If you are unable to be at the delivery location, please make arrangements for an adult (18 years of age or older) to be present to receive the delivery. By allowing another adult to accept the delivery, you are authorising them to act as your representative. We will consider their instructions as if they were your own. If no one is available at the provided address to accept the delivery, you will receive an email from the courier with further instructions.
Please be advised that your contact details will be passed onto the courier company, but we cannot guarantee that they will call you ahead of time.
If you miss your delivery, you will have the option to reroute your parcel to a DPD collection point for your convenience.
Combining Orders
If you place multiple orders with us, we can combine these to reduce shipping costs to you. If you would like us to combine your deliveries, please let us know at the point of order.
Parcels are collected from our warehouse multiple times a day, so whilst every effort will be made to combine orders, this cannot be guaranteed.
Returns Procedure
In the event that you need to return part or all of your order to Reeley Limited, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Firstly, please email returns@reeley.co.uk with as many details as possible of the order you wish to return.
- For any orders being returned due to a product fault, you will be contacted by our Technical Team to better understand the issues you are facing.
- Once your Return Request has been reviewed, you will receive a Returns Form with a unique Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please note that any items returned without a valid RA number will not be processed and will be returned back to you with your next order.
- Once we have received your items back with your RA Form we will process your return as appropriate.
Important Information
Goods are only eligible to return within 90 days of purchase.

We endeavour to process your return promptly upon the receipt of your goods. Typically, this should take no longer than 7 working days.
Delivery costs will not be credited. Where your original order was eligible for Free Delivery, a £15 carriage charge will be deducted from your Credit Note to cover the cost of your original shipment.
We are able to offer a collection service for returned goods at an additional cost. If you wish for us to collect your items, please let us know at the beginning of the returns process.
Items returned through no fault of Reeley Limited may be subject to an administration charge or restocking fee.
Please ensure all items are returned to us in an unused and saleable condition. Goods which are not returned to us in the proper condition may be rejected or subject to a cleaning fee.
Bespoke items or those cut to size (including, but not limited to, belts, aircords and those with a Part Number starting “ZZ”) are not eligible for return unless faulty.
